Waken Connect Transform welcomes you to Edinburgh on Saturday the 9th of June 2018 at the Rose Street Studio.

Love is all around us and within us, and yet we can too often forget this, forget to gather some in, to nourish ourselves and to share the abundance that we can tap into at any time. Loving and nourishing ourselves means that we can more readily release emotions stuck in our body, more easily and authentically connect with our breath, our body and each other, and we can move into new ways of nurturing our being and that of our neighbour. We offer you this safe and welcoming workshop to learn and explore ways of releasing trapped emotions from the body, connecting more closely with your heart, your soul and each other, and taking another step into liberation. 

In this workshop there will be a range of individual and partner/group activities. At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish to explore your experience, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises that is respected. All exercises and fully clothed. Consent is paramount in this space.

Waken Connect Transform are delighted to bring our next Workshop to Edinburgh on Saturday the 9th of June 2018.

We provide a workshop space on the first Saturday of every month at the Rose Street Studio (formerly Edinburgh Music Society) just off Rose Street, Edinburgh - except this month of June, where it is the second Saturday! 

Bruce and I have returned from our summer ISTA experiences and have decided to have fun this month with the Sound of Sovereignty in our workshop. We will continue our recent theme of using our voices and breath to explore the power of sound energy and its connection to our own sense of self and sovereignty. We will be using exercises in conscious loving touch and movement to bring us into further connection with ourselves and each other and there will be time to meditate, explore Ki and dance. 

At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises, that will be respected. All exercises and fully clothed. Consent and boundary work is paramount in this space.

We will be developing our Ki awareness, we will take time to meditate, come into a quiet space of reflection, and you will also be encouraged to get up and move your body, Raise the Energy, Dance and explore what it means to be a seed with some fun exercises .

At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises, that will be respected.

We have lined up a series of 12 workshops, deepening our connection with self and others. You can join in at any time. Our fourth workshop focuses on Conscious Loving Touch. We will be developing our Ki awareness with some fun exercises, we will take time to meditate, come into a quiet space of reflection, and you will also be encouraged to get up and move your body and Raise the Energy. In this workshop we will explore conscious loving touch through exercises in conscious connection and explore the Hold-Ha-Hug technique, a hug to deepen connection and allow for more vulnerability in any relationship, sharing the breath of life.

Waken Connect Transform are delighted to bring our First Workshop to Edinburgh on Saturday the 4th of November. We will be opening a workshop space on the 1st Saturday of every month at the Edinburgh Music Society on Rose Street. 

We are lining up a series of 12 workshops, deepening our connection with self and others. You will be able to join in any time. Our First Workshop will focus on Boundaries & Consent. We will be using a variety of exercises and techniques to explore our Ki - our Life Force Energy and our own awareness of our body, mind and heart. You will be invited to meditate, come into a quiet space of reflection and you will be encouraged to get up and move your body and Raise the Energy. At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises, that will be respected. In this particular workshop we will be spending time looking at our own boundaries, where we set them, how it makes us feel. We will touch on the Wheel of Consent and the practices of Giving/Receiving, Taking/Allowing.
